My guests are Julia Koller and Silke Schank today. Julia and Silke are jobsharing managers in finance at Daimler Truck AG in Germany. Their flexible work model enables them to also be a career and systemic coach (Julia) and a mindfulness trainer (Silke) besides their finance position. Silke and Julia’s leadership philosophy is that more voices make a stronger whole. Trust is their foundation and they act as one, taking out complexity in that manner.
