Cheney Hamilton is the CEO and Founder of Find Your Flex, parent company of MummyJobs.co.uk and Daddyjobs.co.uk. She initially founded these two companies in 2017, out of her personal need for flexibility. She will tell us more about this in the interview.
The response to their launch was overwhelming, 1.27 million people got in touch over 10 days, showing a clear need and interest about flexible work.
Before founding her companies, Cheney had worked in recruitment as both a consultant and media sales for over 16 years.
Cheney has recently been awarded the prestigious Community Maker Award by She Has No Limits which is given out annually to celebrate women’s achievements in the workplace.
Cheney’s future goal is to become a MP to make real change in the workplace from within parliament for everyone in the UK. She took her first steps this past summer by joining the 50:50 Parliamentary Group.
